


CatCon's Selected Venue for 2024
Kentucky Exposition Center, West Wind, has been selected once again to host the Catfish + Crappie Conference 2024. The Kentucky Exposition Center offer 1.2 million square feet of contiguous meeting space to serve events small to large and commit to providing an exceptional experience when working with their security, EMS and ticket tackers staff. There are 56 flexible meeting rooms, two arenas and 356 acres of outdoor exhibit and demonstration space all highly configurable to your specific needs.
Wi-Fi
Wi-FI is available in a majority of the West Wing, lobbies and common areas.
ATMs
AMTs are available in locations that vary by events. We usually have one ATM in the lobby.
Lost and Found
Lost and found will be available in the Security Office, located between Freedom Hall and North Wing Lobby.
Food and Beverages
Food concessions are available at the event and beverages are available in the halls through vending machines, or concessions.
Kentucky Exposition Center - How to get there
Conveniently located on I-65 and right in front of the Louisville International Airport, getting to the KY Exposition Center is easy.
Follow the direction for the main gate, and locate date West Wing on your map. Parking is $12 (paid to the State) and $15 for multi entry.
Accessible Needs - Venue 2024
Accessible parking spaces are available in the lots directly adjacent to the Kentucky Exposition Center buildings. Vehicles which park in the designated accessible parking spaces must display either the temporary hang tag or a permanent state license plate with the accessible parking notations. All parking in these spaces is on a first come, first served basis.
Accessible seating is available for all events at Kentucky Exposition Center and can be purchased through the Kentucky Exposition Center Box Office (502-367-5144) or through Ticketmaster (800-745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com). We highly recommend guests contact our ticket office directly, as our staff is more intimately knowledgeable about our facilities and they will provide the best service for our guests with accessible requirements. When you are ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating and provide as much information as possible so that we may properly seat you in a location which best fits your needs.
Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to two (2) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures we are able to accommodate all who require accessible seating.
Kentucky Exposition Center is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are on a first come/call, first serve basis and will depend on ticket availability. There is no guarantee that any companion tickets will remain unsold and available. Guests that require the use of a wheelchair and their respective companions may enjoy wheelchair space locations that are dispersed throughout the facility in numerous price ranges. Please contact the Kentucky Exposition Center Ticket Office at 502-367-5144 for seating inquiries or review the event detail section which will include an accurate seating diagram for each respective event.
Kentucky Exposition Center will arrange for interpretive services if notified at the time of purchase. Interpretive services cannot be guaranteed for every event, however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice. We request that notices for this service be made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event. Service animals are welcome inside the building but must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Guests with service animals must either request an aisle seat or purchase the adjacent seat for their service animal if an aisle seat is not available. It is very important that we are aware of the requirement of a service animal at the time of purchase of the tickets to ensure seating availability upon our guests’ arrival.
For guests who require access to the various levels of the arena, our team of Guest Service staff is available to provide assistance. Adjacent to each public elevator on the concourse, our staff will happily help direct or provide aid to any guest who requests it. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable and accessible experience when visiting our venue.
Guests with disabilities have access to restrooms located on both the main and upper concourses. Men‘s and women‘s accessible restrooms are conveniently located in the four corners of the upper arena, and throughout the main concourse. All restrooms are designed to accommodate the needs of disabled guests.
